RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (See also the “Shipping Information” section.)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
You will not be able to withdraw from the contract or return the product if your purchase concerns made-to-measure or clearly personalized products, pursuant to Article 59, letter (c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).

The proper use of the products purchased online is your responsibility.
