SHIPPING POLICY
For all items purchased from the BC San Michele Srl online shop, shipping costs are not charged for Italy and the entire European Community, excluding the Canary Islands and Cyprus.
Products will be shipped with variable lead times depending on the model, and estimated shipping times will be visible on the respective product pages.
Shipping times are indicative and not binding for B.C. San Michele Srl.
Every effort will be made to minimize shipping times.
For customized orders, delivery times will be communicated with the submission of the specific offer and may differ from standard lead times. Such customizations must be requested by directly contacting our customer service at: shop@bcsanmichele.com and will be handled separately.
Orders received will be shipped and delivered by a courier selected by B.C. San Michele Srl.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or pickup stations.
Upon delivery, the customer who placed the order or an authorized person must be present to receive the package.
Note: Free shipping includes delivery up to the gate of the residence, at street level. Deliveries do not include carrying items upstairs or into the home. Therefore, the service does not include the use of lifts, hoists, or any other support to bring the product inside the customer’s private premises.
We recommend that customers, in case of ordering large items, specify any particular needs or access difficulties for receiving the goods at the desired address. This will help to evaluate the best solution at the time of ordering and to organize transport efficiently.
Any additional courier services required for special needs may be arranged directly by the customer or considered during the ordering process, quoted separately, and added to the product cost. Such needs must be evaluated and agreed upon directly with our customer service.
It is very important that, upon receipt of the goods, the following is checked:

That the number of packages matches the number indicated in the order/delivery note

That the packaging is intact and shows no visible signs of damage
In case of major damage, the customer is invited to refuse delivery from the courier.
If the delivered items show clear signs of transport damage, please ask the courier to provide a certified confirmation. This is very important for insurance purposes.
We kindly ask that you check for any minor damages, note them on the shipping documents, and inform us promptly. Timely reporting of any error or damage will simplify any warranty claim.
If the damage cannot be verified without opening the package, the customer may accept the delivery "with reservation", clearly writing the following note on the delivery receipt: "Accepted with right of reservation."
If any damage is found after opening the package, please notify our customer service by email as soon as possible and attach photos of the damage.
The consumer agrees to promptly check the received goods and inform the seller as soon as possible of any defects or discrepancies with the order.
If no communication is received, the goods will be considered accepted.
The risk of loss or damage to the product, not attributable to us, is transferred to the customer when the product is physically in their possession or in the possession of a person authorized to receive it on their behalf.
Product installation is not included in the shipping and delivery service.
B.C. San Michele Srl is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier’s operations.
